AJ360 publishes assets exclusively in stereo format. All programs created or commissioned must be delivered in stereo for publication.
1- Line Up:
Alignment Signal & Level specifications include:
- A 1kHz frequency wave
- Alignment Level (AL) set at 18dB below the maximum coding level (-18dBFS) This adheres to the full specification outlined in EBU Tech 3343.
2- Stereo:
The EBU Stereo Line-Up Tone features:
- Left channel identification with a 250ms interrupt every 3 seconds
- Continuous signal in the right channel
- Sinusoidal waveform with phase coherence and no distortion.
This adheres to the full specification outlined in EBU Tech 3343 .
3- Stereo Requirements:
Stereo tracks must be configured in the A/B (Left/Right) format:
- Left audio should be present on the A leg or Channel 1.
- Right audio should be present on the B leg or Channel 2.
AJ360 currently follows a standard based on SMPTE RP155 .
4- Texted (TX) Master Audio Requirements

Definitions:
- Mix Minus (Undipped): A full mix, minus narration/translations. Music and effects should not be dipped where the narration/translations have been removed.
5- Textless/Clean Master Audio Requirements

Definitions:
- M+E (Undipped): A mix without narration and interviews. Music and effects should not be dipped where these elements have been removed.
- Voice Over: Can also be referred to as Narration/Commentary.
- Translation: Audio dub over foreign language.
- Sync/Sots/Grabs: Refers to interviewee, contributors, the sound that is integral to the story.
6- Additional Audio Stem Requirements:
You must also deliver:
- A stereo WAV file of the music tracks.
- A stereo WAV file of the effects tracks (including panning information).
